If you ONLY want to use a dock with your Mac, you might want to consider a CalDigit dock. You might have more luck with a WD19TB, which is a Thunderbolt 3 dock, but I'm not sure. The issue is that the WD19 is just a regular USB-C dock, not a Thunderbolt dock.
